So this build is not Developer Preview, Consumer Preview or Release
Preview versions launched by Microsoft earlier for Developers and
Consumers for testing purposes.
On October 26th this version is released to Public as they could now
buy Windows 8 DVDs from retail stores.
Various PC vendors likeHP, Dell, Lenovo, Sony, Acer etc. are now
offering windows 8 pre-installed PCs to the customers.
So it's OFFICIAL LAUNCHFOR CONSUMERS and NOT FOR MSDN/TECHNET Subscribers.

Microsoft released updates of around 500mb after Windows 8 is
released. These updates are general stability updates, driverupdates
specific to system etc.
All are requested to make their system up-to-date by regularly
searching and installing updates via Windows Update.

2. Windows 8 Professional
3. Windows 8 Enterprise

All editions have the ability to use language packs, enabling
multipleuser interface languages.
This functionality was previously only available in Windows 7 Ultimate
